Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – SET Academy

At SET Academy, we aim to provide clear and fair guidelines for cancellations and refunds. Please take a moment to read the policy below before making a booking.

1. Missed Sessions

Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered for sessions missed by a player once a course has started.

Missed sessions cannot be transferred to future courses.

2. Cancellations by Participants

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

Once a course has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

3. Cancellations by SET Academy

In the event of a cancellation due to weather conditions, coach illness, or circumstances beyond the control of SET Academy and its coaches, every effort will be made to reschedule the affected session.

If a replacement session is not possible, the session will be considered cancelled without refund.

4. Accidental Payments or Bookings

Any accidental payments or duplicate bookings must be reported immediately to:

Refunds for accidental payments will only be considered if reported promptly.

5. General Terms

By booking a course or session with SET Academy, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.

SET Academy reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, with updated terms published on our website.
